Project Description
The project involved an 18-storey tower consisting of retail spaces and 134-unit student accommodation, building ancillary areas (bike store, storage area), communal space areas. The residential levels are divided into clusters of bedrooms that share common bathrooms and a common kitchen, and studio apartments with ensuite bathrooms and kitchenettes. The building has a main street frontage to Regent Street.
