Gary Ruttley is one of the founders of Grid Electrical and has over 40 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry. The industry knowledge that Gary has gained over this period not only makes him an asset to Grid Electrical, but the industry at large. Prior to his position as a Director at Grid Electrical, Gary managed major design and construct projects and managed a specialist HV business unit, within a larger organisation.
Stan Dipsellas is one of the founders of Grid Electrical and has over 25 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry. Stanâ€™s extensive experience covers all aspects of the industry including, managing major design and construct projects, estimating for large electrical contractors and being involved in major design and construct projects in contract administration roles.
Steve Gold is one of the founders of Grid Electrical and has over 25 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry. Prior to his position as Director at Grid Electrical, Steve managed major design and construct projects, specialising in CCTV, Access Control, Communication and Intelligent power management systems.
Michael ZerafaConstruction Manager
Michael Zerafa has over 18 years experience in the electrical and communications industry. Throughout his career, Michael held project management, estimating and business unit manager positions, with some of Australiaâ€™s largest electrical contractors. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration and a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Shane WilsonHSEQ Manager
Shane Wilson has been employed in HSE roles for the past 15 years with over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Shaneâ€™s key attributes are in the areas of communication at all levels, legislation interpretation & compliance in ISO standards as well as licensing & verifications of competency.
Peter Simpson has over 35 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry. Peter commenced his career as an industrial electrician and later moved into construction and eventually promoted to Foreman and Site Supervisor positions. Peter developed an interest in the costing aspect of projects and transitioned into Gridâ€™s estimating department.
Vicki Ruttley Administration Manger
Vicki Ruttley, has over 30 years experience working in accounts and office administration roles. Vicki has been working with Grid Electrical for over 16 years and during this time, her involvement in developing, reviewing and improving Gridâ€™s administrative systems has been a valuable contribution towards our continued success.
