Grid Electrical provides a full range of integrated building services, always aiming to add value and exceed our client’s expectations. Established in 2005 by Gary Ruttley, Stan Dipsellas and Steve Gold, Grid Electrical is a privately-owned business that since its beginning has experienced sustained growth due to the dedicated approach towards our people and clients.

Our key management team has been developed internally, not only instilling core company values, but the management skills and technical abilities required to meet the demand of our industry. This is key to developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Grid’s aim is to approach our business processes with innovation to always provide the best possible outcomes in an ever-changing industry.

Grid Electrical is committed to achieving a healthy and safe work environment for our employees, apprentices and sub-contractors. We have a Zero Injury target and believe that no task is so important that time cannot be taken to find a safe way to carry it out.

We believe that getting hurt at work is unacceptable and work to eliminate injuries and harm by identifying hazards, providing safe work practices, protecting our people and supporting their health and well-being.

Grid Electrical is committed to the “Think Safe, Act Safe” culture and we achieve this by continually improving our WHS Management system by involving our employees in the decision-making processes through both structured and informal communication and consultation.

Most importantly we empower all employees to stop work and immediately notify their supervisor if a task carries an unacceptable level of risk.

One of the keys to Grid Electricals continued success is our people. Grid employs a wide range of skilled and qualified staff to facilitate all aspects of the electrical and communications industry. From our field staff to our management, the overarching focus is to deliver high-quality installations to not only meet but exceed our client’s expectations. Our following management team has extensive experience in the electrical and communications industry and as a result have successfully and consistently delivered projects at all levels of complexity:

Gary RuttleyDirector

Gary Ruttley is one of the founders of Grid Electrical and has over 40 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry. The industryknowledge that Gary has gained over this period not only makes him an asset to Grid Electrical, but the industry at large. Prior to his position as a Director at Grid Electrical, Gary managed major design and construct projects and managed a specialist HV business unit, within a larger organisation.

Steven GoldDirector

Steve Gold is one of the founders of Grid Electrical and has over 25 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry. Prior to his position as Director at Grid Electrical, Steve managed major design and construct projects, specialising in CCTV, Access Control, Communication, and Intelligent power management systems.

Stan DipsellasDirector

Stan Dipsellas is one of the founders of Grid Electrical and has over 25 years of experience in the electrical and communications industry. Stan’s extensive experience covers all aspects of the industry including, managing major design and construct projects, estimating for large electrical contractors, and being involved in major design and construct projects in contract administration roles.

Michael GaddGeneral Manager

Michael Gadd has over 25 years’ extensive experience in the Construction and Service Industry. Michael is an enthusiastic, dedicated and career driven Senior Manager with a long-term strategic approach to business and lead by example with a “hands-on” approach. Michael has had extensive experience in both Construction and Service fields.
