Project Description

Stage 1 consists of a 7-storey building plus 2 basement levels of car parking with 12,000m² of mixed-use research, education, Grade-A commercial, health and retail space targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating, and silver WELL shell and core rating. Works include the Integrated fit out including finishes and services. An Environmentally sustainable building with whole of life considerations and impressive End of Trip facilities to encourage greener transport options. Much of the retail GLAR is on Ground Floor and opens out to the public spaces. A retail unit is also located on the Lower Ground. The buildings share two levels of basement car parking with amenities and end of trip facilities for both buildings spread over mezzanine and lower ground.

Scope of Work

Design & construct contract, Western Sydney University (WSU) integrated fit out, DAS mobile phone system, lightning protection, integrated communication network (ICN), general and feature lighting, general power, switchboards, energy metering system (EMS), communications, photovoltaic solar panel array system, standby generator/ diesel fuel storage & transfer system, uninterruptible Power supply (UPS), access control and intercom and CCTV.
