Project Description
The lees1 building is considered a landmark project for the university of Sydney: a high-performance teaching and research facility where 'science is put on display' as well as an iconic, integrated gateway to the main corridor of the Camperdown campus. The lees1 building comprises a 7-storey building with 1 basement level and a gross floor area of approximately 7,500m2. appropriate sustainability strategies were developed in conjunction with the university's objectives, to showcase the building as a world class laboratory, with low energy and sustainable design principles.
Scope of Work
Design and construct contract, level 1 ASP HV works, switchboards, consumer and submain cabling, underground reticulation, energy monitoring system, communication services, metering, backup diesel generator, lighting/control, general power, security system and lightning protection.
