Project Description
The development consisted of 2 stages. the first stage, stage 3, consisted of 135 self-contained residential units across 2 building towers and the refurbished heritage building converted to retail space on a common basement. The second stage, stage 4, consisted of 90 self-contained residential units in one building tower on a common basement carpark.
